Mathew Wilson
Founder / Managing Director
A born and raised Hedland local, Mathew is a proud Tijwarl / Dambigurri man who founded Wilco Maintenance Solutions after working for over a decade in the mining industry.
Now as Managing Director, Mathew successfully oversees a team of over 15 staff, delivering quality maintenance services to leading mining companies across the Pilbara. His passion for people and community is the driving force behind Wilco’s continued success.
Kristy Montague
Operations Manager
Also born and raised in Port Hedland, Kristy continues to live in the area and raises a family of her own.
With a Diploma in Human Resources and Management, Kristy previously worked in the not-for-profit sector as an Operations Manager/Acting CEO, and now expertly manages our operations here at Wilco.

Kenleigh Wilson
Founder / Accounts
As an Aboriginal woman with deep connections to the Pilbara and a proud Hedland local, Kenleigh co-founded Wilco with husband / business partner Mathew with a shared vision for the community.
She enjoyed over 12 years in the Pilbara rail industry and now manages the office and community engagement at Wilco.
We are deeply connected to Hedland and do our best to give back to a town which has enriched our lives.
